Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026 · Updated September 30, 2026
LESLI ANNE TUCKER FUNY LLC operates Vantagewares and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. This notice explains information used when you browse vantagewares.com, purchase products, create an account or contact support. Reading or using the website is not treated as consent to every optional data use.
Information and purposes
| Information | Why we use it |
|---|---|
| Name, email, phone, billing and shipping address | Process purchases, arrange delivery, contact you about your order and answer requests. |
| Products, sizes, colors, order and transaction references, payment status, return records | Produce and fulfill made-to-order purchases, handle returns, keep accounts and resolve payment disputes. |
| Account details and communications, including photos you choose to send | Manage your account, investigate product problems and provide support. |
| IP address, device/browser information, logs, cookies and cart/session identifiers | Keep the site and checkout working, remember cart choices, detect misuse and diagnose technical problems. |
Payment services receive the information needed to authorize and process your chosen payment. We receive order and payment-status information needed to administer the sale. Do not send card security codes, passwords or full card details through our contact form or support email.
Who receives information
We disclose relevant information to service providers involved in hosting and operating the store, payment processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, customer communications and security. Because orders are made to order and ship from China, production and fulfillment partners there receive the recipient and order details necessary to prepare and deliver the purchase. Information may therefore be processed in China, the United States and other countries where the relevant service providers operate.
We may also disclose records to professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or parties involved in a lawful business transfer, with applicable safeguards. We use records to meet tax and accounting duties, address disputes and prevent fraud. We do not treat order fulfillment as permission to use your contact details for unrelated marketing.
Cookies, marketing and privacy choices
Cart, account and checkout functions use cookies or similar storage. Your browser can block or delete cookies, although blocking essential cookies may prevent these features from working. If optional marketing or analytics tools are offered, their use must respect applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Disclosing online identifiers or browsing activity to an advertising partner can count as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under state law even without a monetary payment.
Use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page to submit a request about those uses. You can also contact support directly. Marketing-email subscriptions, if you choose to make one, can be withdrawn through the unsubscribe option or by contacting us. Service messages about an existing order may still be necessary.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including fulfillment, support, legal recordkeeping and dispute resolution. Retention depends on the type of record, outstanding obligations and applicable limitation periods. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to lawful retention and backup cycles.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and systems involved, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials private and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.
Access, correction, deletion and other rights
Depending on your location and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of information, correct it, delete it, opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, and appeal a decision on a request. Some rights have exceptions, including records we must retain by law or to complete an order. We do not use this notice to limit rights that applicable law gives you.
Send requests to support@vantagewares.com, use the contact form, or call +1 (409) 305-0924. Describe what you want us to do and give the email or other limited information needed to locate the relevant records. Do not send government identification or sensitive payment details unless a justified, secure verification process specifically requires it.
For access, correction or deletion, we may need proportionate identity verification to avoid disclosing someone else’s data. An opt-out of sale/sharing does not require creating an account or verifying your identity; we may ask only for information necessary to locate the data to which it should apply. Authorized agents may act where permitted by law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
We aim to acknowledge messages within one business day. Completion follows the deadline required by applicable law, not the acknowledgement target. For covered California requests, access/deletion/correction generally receive a response within 45 calendar days, with a permitted extension and notice where needed; covered sale/sharing opt-outs are implemented as soon as feasible and no later than 15 business days. Where an appeal right applies, reply to the decision requesting an appeal; we will explain the outcome and further complaint options.
Browser signals and children
Where applicable law requires it, a valid Global Privacy Control signal must be treated as an opt-out for the browser or device sending it. It does not require an account. You can also submit an opt-out directly using the contact methods above. Ordinary browser cookie controls and an email request are not interchangeable with an automatic browser signal.
The store is directed to adults, not children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where required. We do not knowingly authorize sale or sharing of children’s personal information.
Updates and other websites
Other websites and payment services have their own privacy notices. We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change and will change the date above. Where notice or consent is required for a material change, we will provide it; continued browsing alone does not replace that requirement.
